Why we should drink water

Do you drink enough water? Well you should! I will provide you with adequate information as to why you should drink lots of water.

Water helps your skin to stay smooth and healthy. You’ll notice that  people who drink lots of water everyday have have good healthy skin and don't have any wrinkles. You will see ads on TV about skin care products and wrinkle removing cream that will cost a fortune but people who drink a lot of water have perfect skin and are very health. If you drink lots of water you will look good and there will not be a need for expensive creams.

Have you heard of kidney stones? Kidney stones are a disease caused by not drinking enough water and drinking too much sugary drinks. Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your urine can dilute. At the same time, your urine may lack substances that prevent crystals from sticking together, creating an ideal environment for kidney stones to form. You will know if you have kidney stones when you got to the toilet because going number one will be harder and much much more painful and then you start to urinate blood. It's quite disgusting but it is a serious matter.

When you're dehydrated your brain will not function properly and you will start to get a headache. Drinking water will help you if you have a headache. How does it help you? This is how (Fatigue is a side effect of dehydration. So, if dehydration is the cause of the fatigue and fatigue is the cause of the headache- start by treating the fatigue and get hydrated...Cluster Headaches are also known to be cured by drinking water).

I hope that I have provided you with enough reasons as to why you should drink water.

2016 Holiday Recount

During the holidays my cousins from Hawks bay came down to help us build a fence to keep people from going through the paddock. My uncle from up the road came down to help us level the ground with his tractor he uses on the farm.

It was scorching hot me and my younger cousin had to mow the lawn while my uncle dug the dirt up. When he finished digging the dirt up we dug smaller holes to place the post’s in. My other uncle connected the post’s with number 8 wire. While my big cousin and his cousin where cutting the wires for the fence me and my younger cousin played darts for half an hour then we walked back up the driveway to my house. My cousins and I had sausages in buns for lunch.  After we had our lunch and break we went back out to do more work my younger cousin and I had to pick up all the broken glass fragments from a window that got smashed by another in a storm. Once we had picked up most of the glass we went to help the others to prune the flax bushes my big cousin and his cousin mowed the grass up the driveway and my younger cousins picked up the leaf strips that my mum and I had cut off. Once we had finished we loaded all the weeds and leaf strips onto my uncles truck to dump on the farm.

Once we had finished all the work for the day we went down to the creek to cool off before dinner. When we came back we got ready to go up the road to my Aunty and Uncle's house then we had a BBQ for dinner.
